Sophie discusses what inspired “Content But I Find,” showing just how personal her songwriting is. “I wrote this when I was on a beautiful holiday in Indonesia with my family. I felt like I should have been extremely happy, everything was perfect. However, I spent most of the time reflecting on a friendship in my life that had just fallen apart and processing that experience.” she reveals.
